Yes, if your train leaves from Ollantaytambo at 4pm, you have time to visit the complex as we finish the visit at approximately 3.30pm; this gives you time to get to the train exit (anyone who leaves after 4pm).
You will miss the visit to Pisaq, however, you will know most of the sacred valley.
